Sorry for the lack of updates, not too much has been going on lately. Aside from the butt-kicking Hawaii has given me. My camera was ruined at the beach, my ipod turned out to have some problems too, then my computer crashed and I had to reformat my hard drive. Nice, huh?
The ipod is being replaced for free by Apple. Sooooo nice of them to do that considering the problem was my own dumb fault. But I have should have a new shiny ipod touch in a few days. And her name will be Penny 3.0.
I also went ahead and bought a new digital camera. I've kind of been wanting a new one for awhile now but just never got around to it. I got a Canon Powershot, 8 megapixels, and it's pink! It takes much better pictures than my old one. Not that my old camera wasn't awesome, it was just 2 years old which is like years in years for technology.
We're still waiting on all of our stuff to get here. We got our clothes and my xbox on Monday. And we got our cable and internet installed on Tuesday. Too bad we don't have a TV yet. Jon is also picking up his car today so we can finally start doing more fun things! I'm so excited!
Last night one of Jon's friends had a stopover in Hawaii on his way to Guam for some training thing so we went into Waikiki to have dinner with him. It was so much fun to see someone we knew! I feel so far away and disconnected from everything. Just like when I think about it and how far away Hawaii is, and also the fact that now I'm 6 hours behind everyone, it's so weird.
So hopefully I have some fun posts after this weekend for exciting things we did. And also, I can't figure out some things on this blog, but that giant black box below is basically a link to pictures. Just click on it and you can see all of the pictures I have taken so far.
